Personal Training Program
With this plan you will receive 12 weeks of progressive workouts that take you through all stages of training. You will get a complete macronutrient nutrition guide to help you with macro calculations, meal planning, and what to eat to meet your goals. You can customize this personal training plan to meet your needs. You can choose to workout alone or have me meet with you via zoom. I can walk you through your workouts, cue your movements, see your posture, and give you encouragement. I will be with you every step of the way to help modify as needed, and get you to your next level of fitness. This is a perfect plan for you if you are new to weight training, an advanced athlete, or just want to be in the best shape of your life.
